Affinity Photo 2.6.0 (3134) - Smudge Brush Tool forces spacing to 1% and blocks editing

This is my hw configuration

When selecting Smudge Brush Tool any brush preset is forced to 1% spacing and cannot be edited, also the Editing panel looks randomly blocked.

 

This could be present in production release too...

Looks like a regression due to the blocky texture fix

It might be a good idea not to export brush sets until the issue is resolved.

I periodically export my brushes in order to back them up, but will hold off until I'm certain 2.6 hasn't changed any settings, particularly to brushes I've not used in a while.

The issue "Affinity Photo 2.6.0 (3134) - Smudge Brush Tool forces spacing to 1% and blocks editing" (REF: AF-5991) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.2.3213). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
