Affinity Designer canvas hugging the left and top sides while using the scroll bars. How to fix?

Everytime I use the scroll bar on the right or bottom, the canvas is aligning off the view I have of it. I don't think I enabled something that would cause this but it is quite annoying if I only need to scroll up or over slightly. The video screen recording should explain more of this issue. 

Is this a setting or a bug?

Welcome to the Affinity forums.

It would help to have a recording that shows the complete application window. Among other things, that would let us see what OS you're using, but there may be other relevant aspects, too.

I'm on a windows laptop and I never had this issue until the new update so I'm thinking it was a bug or something. Sorry I did not record my whole windows application but since I did not change anything from my 6 months trial and before the new update, I did not think to do that. 

Weirdly enough after I posted this issue and had close the Affinity Designer for a bit, the issue resolved itself. I did not mess with any of the settings or change anything that I already had preset/set. So that's why I think it must have something to do with the new update because that is the only recent change to the program. 

I will be back here is the issue come back but hopefully this helps another user if they come across the same issue I did.
