ekim cheel Posted February 23 Posted February 23 I have a Widows 10 Pro laptop that I use occasionally when travelling. I've not used it for a while. If i start up Affinity Photo, I get a splash screen inviting me to update from 2.5.0 to 2.5.2 - if I click on install, nothing happens and the only way to get out of it is to kill the program in Task Manager. If I click on 'Not Now' and then 'Help', 'Check for updates' it tells me 'No update available, you are currently using the latest available version 2.5.0' Any ideas? Is there any reason it's not trying to update to 5.2.6 ? Quote
MikeTO Posted February 23 Posted February 23 The current version of Affinity is 2.6.0 and the previous version was 2.5.7. If the updater isn't working for you, you can download the full 2.6.0 installer using this link: https://store.serif.com/update/windows/photo/2/ If you want 2.5.7 instead, click the Previous Versions option.
