Exporting images from Affinity Photo 2.6

I can edit in Affinity Photo from my Mac OS Photo App, once finished, I can't seem to find an easy way to export them back into my Photo App - (albums)

To edit an item from Apple Photos using Affinity Photo 2’s full toolset:

1. Click Edit on Apple Photos’ toolbar.
2. Click the Extensions button—an ellipsis in a circle—on the toolbar.
3. Select Edit in Affinity Photo 2.
4. Edit the image using Affinity Photo 2's full toolset.
5. Select File>Save.
6. Select File>Close.
7. In Apple Photos, click Save Changes.

@Bobbie Gee I have discovered that using MAC Ventura, there is an easier way to do this. Following @MikeTO's instructions:

1. Select image in Apple Photos
2. Click on IMAGE> Edith with>
3. Select Affinity Photo 2 (or 1 if that is what you have)
4. Repeat MikeTO's steps 4 through 6
7. In Apple Photos you will find that the image is already changed and saved.
