GeorgeDr Posted February 23 Posted February 23 When I create a file in Designer 2 (v2.4) and save it in NAS folder is ok. BUT if I re-save the file after a modification then the file is gone. Is there... but I can't open it. I get message "The file appears to be corrupted.". After searching I find out that the problem is that I'm saving the file on NAS server and some people... suggest to save on a local drive. I have 2 questions. First if the local drive fails then what? And second, I'm working from home and office. How I'll get access when the files are stored on a local disk? People pay alot of money for NAS servers or cloud storage to keep their works safe, and now you tell them that they can't. So the result is that when an application does not let you keep your files safe and also doesn't allows you remotely access, this application is not for profetional use. I like the user interface, generaly the construction is user friendy and easy to learn, but thats all. ***I have try many applications and I never had any issues. Some of them are Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Coreldraw, Photopaint, the freeware inkscape, MS office, the freeware LibreOffice, 3DSmax, Blender, Solidworks and many others. A last question for the developers. In your Business pack you offer a multi user lisences. Just tell me how multi users will work if they can't share the files from a server(cloud or NAS)??? Quote
