One thing I miss and that is why I still need Adobe Illustrator and that is to build libraries of special items to add in a drawing using the brush - When I am making scientific illustration of invertebrate animals (Crustaceans) see attached file of a dactylus ("toe" of a shrimp) with spines and hairs. I know many would love to see this implemented into Affinity  Designer 2!

This is, essentially, a great example of why AD should implement a true VECTOR brush unlike the current "vector" brush that is actually a raster brush controlled by vector tools.
