VIPStephan
I’m used to hitting Option-D if I close a window or quit an application, and there is unsaved work I don’t want to save (i. e. the prompt comes up asking me whether or not I want to save the document that’s about to be closed), which is the standard shortcut for any Mac application I’ve worked with so far, but this doesn’t work for Affinity Designer. Please implement that.
Chris_K
Hi VIPStephan I use that shortcut all the time so I can verify that it does work with Designer, however it does not function in certain languages. Which language do you have the app in? Quote Serif Europe Ltd - Check the latest news at www.affinity.serif.com
VIPStephan
That’s it then. I’m using it in German. My experience, however, is that any other (native) application works with the same shortcut, regardless of the language, so this is a little confusing UX wise.
