There seems to be a problem as shown on the screenshot I have attached. Whereby I have been told I need to have Ventura, which I have, to be able to use the Object Selection Tool. Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to use the new machine learning features which require Apple Silicon (M1 or later). You have an Intel Core i7.
