nasu wong Posted February 8 Posted February 8 I feel strange about the behavior of the Pencil tool in the latest beta version! I made a video comparing between 2.57 and 2.6.0.3106 when drawing for the first time with both fill & stroke color enabled, If I later turn off the stroke color and draw again, WHY does this happen? I don't think I should have to turn stroke color off or set the width to 0 every time. Thanks ask02.mp4 Quote
carl123 Posted February 8 Posted February 8 There is a new icon in the beta called Use Line Style That should help you understand what is going on and how to achieve what you want to do nasu wong 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. nasu wong Posted February 8 Author Posted February 8 @carl123 Thanks. Does this mean that I have to turn it off every time, even if I only want to disable the stroke color for some while working, right? Quote
carl123 Posted February 8 Posted February 8 As far as I can tell you set up your line style for the stroke in the stroke panel Then with the option switched on any shapes/lines you draw will use those stroke panel attributes If you want to draw a shape without a stroke just switch off the icon If you then want to continue drawing shapes/lines with the same stroke as before then reenable the option and all your previous stroke settings are retained and as you initially set them nasu wong 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
