My drawing pad is a Huion Inspiroy 2 l, newest drivers

And my software is Affinity photo 2 also seemingly the newest version

(And my platform is windows 11 if that means anything in 2025)

My problem is that i have no preasure sensitive input for some reason. Ontop of this i face the problem that Windows Ink causes immense stuttering for some reason, while also not fixing the issue while active.

I have tried turning WinInk on and off seperately and simultaniously in both the Huion driver software and Affinity photo 2's settings ontop of also force preasure sensitivity being on, while using a brush with size jitter. I have switched to high and low precision input. I have checked and preasure sensitive input works in other programs like Krita so im guessing its a software compatability thing

Do people wiser than me have any ideas to either fix the WinInk stuttering or preassure sensitivity missing, Is there perhaps a software or driver version that would fix this?

@AllTheVibes I've done some testing with a Huion Inspiroy Q620M we have with Photo V2 (V2.5.7) on Windows 11. I'm not getting any stuttering when using the pen/tablet with Windows Ink enabled within the Huion app as well as Photo V2.

Huion Drivers are 15.7.6.485

You may want to try resetting Photo V2 to default settings. Hold down the CTRL key and open the app, when the options appear release the key. Leave the default options enabled and click Clear.

You may also want to try reinstalling the Huion driver, just in case.
