@Armorman

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

You seem to have 2 accounts. One that has no orders at all, that uses your correct email address (the same as you used here on the forums) and one account that is very similar to your email address but you have accidentally used lower case 'o' instead of number '0'.

If you sign into the Affinity Store replacing any zeros with lower case o then you should be able to find your order.

To sort this out properly, I suggest you email Affinity@serif.com to explain what you have done (preferably include an order number from your PayPal). They will need to delete your empty account so that you can set the email address on the account with the order to your real email address.

Well, I contacted Affinity as you suggested and told them the problem. Their solution (evidently) was to erase the errant account that had the download link and reset the password on my correct email account.....so I'm still without my software that I paid for....try, try again.

Having checked this for you we can see that the team deleted the account with the correct address and then used the correct address to overwrite the incorrect address.

If you attempt to sign in now with your correct email address, you should have no issues accessing your purchase.
