MJSfoto1956
as per the "Technicolor affect" video, I wanted to try my hand on a portrait of my wife. However, on my Macbook Pro 15" running the latest version of El Capitain (10.11.5) I cannot "right click" (i.e. "control key + click" as per most other Mac applications) to select any of the individual channels to clear them. Note that I am using just the trackpad on the Macbook. Note also that it works just fine with "two finger click" on the trackpad (as well as "two finger + thumb" click). So my question is: is this a feature or a bug? Thanks! Michael
R C-R
I am not entirely sure about what you are asking but I think the problem is Affinity uses the Control key to invoke various tool options so it isn't available as an alternate way to do a "right click," if that makes any sense. Staff MEB Posted July 22, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 22, 2016 Hi MJSfoto1956, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Do the following: ⌃(ctrl) + click between the channel's thumbnail and the channel's name (more closer to the thumbnail than the name). It usually works there reliably. This is a know issue that's already logged.
