Working with imported PDF and Adobe Illustrator files provided by our clients, I noticed that all pixel layer masks only have a resolution of 72 dpi (which makes them massively pixelated), instead of their original resolutions (opening the same files in Illustrator shows the masks resolutions are actually much higher), which makes Affinity Designer completely unusable for these files. Please fix this, so that pixel masks get imported at their original resolutions!!!

Hi Jan,

When you import your files which is the DPI dropdown set to in the import settings window that appears? If you set this to a value higher than 72 do the masks honour that value?

Thanks

I import the files at 1200 dpi (I've also tried several others, like 300, 600, 3600), which is honored by regular pixel layers, but not pixel masks. They always display as 72 dpi in the top left corner.
