meganstar
Basically, I'm new to this. But I really want to learn the basic of interior designing so I can apply to my new d'leedon condo. Actually, I can hire someone to do it but I want to cuztomize everything. Can anyone suggest me what to do?
Staff MEB Posted October 27, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 27, 2014 Hi meganstar Welcome to Affinity Forums, Take a look at some of the video tutorials available at Vimeo to help you get started. Affinity Designer may help you present customized architecture blueprints, perspective views and marketing materials. You can use photos and blueprints as references/starting points (to "paint/draw over") and take advantage of the brushes to achieve a more natural sketchy/stylistic look when needed. This however will not teach you interior design. It's just a tool to help you illustrate/present your ideas in a compelling way. If you have trouble with a specific task just post away. There's always people willing to help. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference | Call for Camera Images

But that’s not to say there’s no distinction between good design and bad design. For instance, if you want a certain room to elicit a certain emotion and it fails to deliver, you’ve designed it badly.
