I can see the image in explorer, but when I load it on Affinity in looks like this:

Any suggestions?

Thanks...

Welcome to the forums @cjec

Since we don’t know what the image is supposed to look like, so we can’t know what the difference is, it’s difficult to advise on what could be happening.

If you can share the image and tell us how you “load” the image then we should be able to help you further.

One thing you can try in the meantime is to turn Hardware Acceleration OFF in Settings / Performance as that usually fixes most strange display issues.
