R C-R Posted January 27 Posted January 27 What the title says. For reference the "purchase date" was January 6, 2025. I already own the full V2 universal license; I was just testing something about the accessibility of the trials & did not really intend to "purchase" it. I see no way I can delete it from the Downloads & product keys myself, so if there is a way for the staff to do that I would appreciate it. Thanks! Staff StevenS Posted January 30 Staff Posted January 30 HI R C-R, Unfortunately it is not possible to remove any orders entirely once added to an account. We can cancel the order for you if you wish, however it will remain visible only with an Order Status ofCancelled rather than Completed. PaulEC Posted January 30 Posted January 30 I'd agree that it's quite annoying having to go through a long list of all downloads, including things like free trials and beta versions etc, that I'm never going to want (or be able) to download again. I wonder if it would be possible to add an archive or hide function, so that it was possible to move selected items to a "sub-folder", so that they're not actually deleted, just hidden?
