I had been using Affinity PUB2 for many documents just minutes before this problem occurred (about 15) one after another.  I had one document (Used as Template) that I would modify slightly for each new document.  I clicked on this document and was going to modify it - but it would not open.

I then thought maybe the document was corrupted so I deleted it.  I tried to open another already created Affinity Pub2 document.  It would not open.  I then deleted the Affinity Pub2 software from my computer.  Deleted from Trash and restarted computer.  I then downloaded a fresh copy of Affinity Pub2 from Affinity...loaded it.  I then restarted the computer.  After restarting the computer still would not open an existing document or a new one fully.  When I tried to open a new one it gave me every indication that it would work but after pressing the create button; nothing happens.  This repeats time after time.  I am using acceleration (AMD RadeonPro 5700 XT (Metal).

Affinity Designer2 & Photo2 work like they are suppose to.

Please see the attached video.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The first thing I would try is to start Publisher with Ctrl held down. If you're launching it from the dock, press and hold Ctrl immediately after clicking the icon.

You will see the Clear User Data screen. Go ahead and clear your data. When you uninstalled Publisher, you likely didn't delete these files because they're hidden in your Library.

Good luck
