Confirmed, it's Windows only and the crash only happens when adjusting the column stroke width using the Slider. Entering values manually doesn't cause the crash...

An issue raised in this thread ("[Win] Adjusting the Column Rules Stroke Width Slider for a Text Frame Causes Publisher to Crash") has now been reported to the developers by the testing team (Ref: AF-5696). Thank you very much for reporting this issue to us.

The issue "[Win] Adjusting the Column Rules Stroke Width Slider for a Text Frame Causes Publisher to Crash" (REF: AF-5696) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.3089). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
