2.5.7 — Linked Layers do not respect "Lock Children" Option

To Reproduce, in Photo / Publisher (Pixel Persona):

1. create a rectangle
2. create another rectangle
3. nest the second rectangle within the first
4. duplicate the outer rectangle "Linked"
5. in the "Links" palette, drag the corresponding linked outer rectangle from the layer palette onto "Transform", to link transformations also
6. switch to the Move Tool, select one of the outer rectangles and enable "Lock Children" from the Context Toolbar
7. move and scale the rectangle

Expected behaviour:

• none of the inner (child) rectangle move or scale with the outer one

Actual behaviour:

• while children of the moved rectangle remain locked, those of the linked rectangle still move and scale

"Lock Children" should be applied to linked Objects / layers, too.
