Is there any way to grab an individual "handle" on a selection and drag it to distort a selection?

That is, once I've selected my image, is there a way to single-finger-down/tap-drag or something like that to grab a single corner "handle"  with the Pencil to free distort or create quick'n'dirty faux perspective by dragging just two opposite corners in or out to skew them? Seems all I can do here is proportional/non-proportional linear stretch, or rotate.

Thanks!

(ps: "Pencil" here refers to "Apple Pencil")

It may depend on what you mean by "selection" and by "image", as both are ambiguous terms. Screenshots (including the full application window, and the Layers panel) or a sample document may be useful.

Such distortions are available as „destructive“ or „live“ filters: mesh warp and perspective.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.
