When I try to open the file again, the error reads: E:\Clients\NetOne\New_NetOne\Brand_Guidelines\Open_File\NetOne_Brand_Guide.afpub Is there any way that I can recover my file? 1. Staff NathanC Posted January 21 Staff Posted January 21 Welcome to the forums @Brian Maringa, Unfortunately, I do have to report that the file content is not recoverable by any standard methods available to us. I've therefore logged your file with the developers for further investigation into what's caused the corruption. Please note that we can't guarantee that your file can be recovered or provide a timeframe, so I would recommend reverting to a backup if one is available. If the document was saved to an external storage medium, we generally recommend saving to local storage over external locations and then copying files over to external locations afterwards. Saving to external locations isn't guaranteed to result in a corrupt file, but saving locally often significantly reduces the chances of encountering corruption and also ensures a local backup copy of the file is available.
