I have a new Surface and need to restore my brushes, swatches etc. I cannot seem to find a definite answer for this. I know I can import them individually, but hope to avoid that. Thanks for the help.

Hello @TennVols73 and welcome to the forums.

If you still have access to the old computer and the Affinity programs are still installed there, you could copy assets, brushes etc. to a USB stick or external HDD/SSD.

If you have used MSI/Exe Installer you will find the files under this path
%appdata%\affinity\common\2.0 (copy the path and paste it into the path bar of Windows File Explorer)

If the programmes were installed with the MSIX installer, the path is %userprofile%\.affinity\common\2.0

For both types of installation, copy the directory 2.0 from the old computer to the same path position on the new computer.

That worked. THANKS!

I was worried that I would have to export each brush, etc, one at a time and import one at a time. The only thing I'm noticing, is that my fonts didn't carry over. Is this something that I need handle thru Windows?

Correct, Affinity reads the fonts that are installed in C:\Windows\Fonts so these will need to be moved over manually on your old device from this folder. 🙂
