PaoloT Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Hi, I would find a document comparator very useful. This would allow an easy comparison between original and edited documents, or between different versions. I would find this much more useful than real-time change tracking, since it will be applied to finished, stable documents, communicating meaningful information about the differences. Paolo Quote
Latens Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Like suggested in the other thread I would use the layers states for this. Quote .

I'll check your answer in the other thread, to understand how this could be achieved. At the moment, I can't figure how this could result in a difference document. Quote
carl123 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 For now, you can export Publisher files to PDF and use online document comparison services (some paid, some free) e.g. https://www.diffchecker.com/word-pdf-compare/ PaoloT 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

But – yes, I can't wait to get rid of it. Paolo Quote
