Affinity Designer2が起動しません/Affinity Designer2 does not start

先日AffinityDesigner2を入手しインストールしましたが、インストール後に起動しようとしても起動せず

「申し訳ございません。アプリケーション（他のAffinityアプリと通信できません。アプリが最新版で、
ファイアウォールがローカルネットワークトラフィックをブロックしていないかご確認ください。）の起動時に問題が発生しました。」

というアラートが出ます。

 

■環境

・windows11 pro

・MSI/EXE64でインストール

■試したこと

・再起動

・一度アンインストールしてから再インストール

・下のフォーラムを参考にAffinityDesignerが隠しフォルダでないことを確認

・windows セキュリティからファイアウォールによるアプリケーションを許可に

　AffinityDesignerを追加

 

 

 

しかしまだ解決しませんので、解決策があれば教えてください。

Reboot.

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Checked that AffinityDesigner is not a hidden folder by referring to the forum below.

Add AffinityDesigner to the “Allow applications through firewall” in windows security.

But still no solution, so please let me know if you have a solution.

The problem could be the result of a subfolder that is still hidden. If “Hidden” was already unchecked for the root "Affinity" folder, try checking the “Hidden” setting, press “Apply”, make sure “Apply changes to this folder, subfolders, and files” is checked and then press OK again. Once that’s done, repeat the above process one more time but this time uncheck the “Hidden” setting and apply the changes to all subfolders and files. This should then ensure that all subfolders are not hidden.

この問題は、サブフォルダが非表示のままになっていることが原因である可能性があります。Affinity」フォルダのルートフォルダの「隠し」のチェックがすでに外れている場合は、「隠し」の設定をオンにして「適用」を押し、「このフォルダ、サブフォルダ、およびファイルに変更を適用する」にチェックが入っていることを確認してから、もう一度「OK」を押してください。それが完了したら、もう一度上記のプロセスを繰り返しますが、今度は「隠し」設定のチェックを外し、すべてのサブフォルダーとファイルに変更を適用します。これで、すべてのサブフォルダーが非表示にならなくなるはずです。
