If you go to the raster drawing mode and get close to some area, it is now very convenient to return to the scale of 100% - just by double-clicking on the scale icon

Problem: when making a double click, it is not necessary to take away my brush or my other tool (now Zoom tool is selected) - I want the tool I was working with to remain selected, be it a brush or another tool.

Note that with a single click Zoom tool will be selected as a magnifying glass. Just when double-clicking do only zoom 100% without selecting the Zoom tool.

Problem #2: This trick doesn't work in Vector mode

The affinities are based upon the use of shortcuts.
You can hold down the Z key to temp zoom by dragging left/right
Releasing the Z key will bring you back to your brush.
You can also zoom with ctrl+mousewheel or set it to use only mousewheel to zoom in the menu>settings>tools

You're missing the point.
It's about going back to 1:1 scale.
And to do it quickly, without pressing any combinations. Double click is very fast)
I know where the hotkeys are set up and how they work, this is not a topic about my failure, but about how the program could be improved. And about the fact that the same method does not work in 2 different modes.

This appears fixed in the current beta

Double clicking will result in 100% zoom in Designer Persona

Windows 11

Double clicking layer in the layers panel will also zoom to 100% (and center in view)

No, it doesn't work. Double click aligns the scale to the image, and if you have a small image, there will be both 400% and 600% depending on how small the image is.
