PaulKesterton
Every time I try to load the free DAUB_DAUB Concept Tools PRO.afbrushes to Affinity Photo I get the message 'Unexpected Brush Format' If I try the other method suggested dragging I get the same message. How do I load these brushes https://affinity.serif.com/blog/affinity-photo-is-one/#free-brushes ?

There is a known bug that delivers the error you're getting, but seems to be related to Affinity Designer on windows. PaulKesterton
I tried the import method and the drag method, both came up with the same waring.

Staff Callum Posted July 25, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 25, 2016 Hi PaulKesterton, If you right click the .afbrushes file and go to Open With > Affinity Photo does the app open and install the brushes for you? Macmonkey
I am having the same problem, I can't import any brushes I have tried Daub brushes and Frankentoons, in both Designer and Photo. I have made sure that I'm importing raster brushes in the pixel persona. I have done the ol' restart and shut down and re-set the p-ram. I tried resetting the preferences and re-installed Designer and even updated to the latest version of Sierra. Any ideas what could be causing this?! My system specs are Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3 Macbook Pro Retina (mid 2012) 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024MB Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 Any help would be much appreciated.
