Whenever I click on the Sign in with Canva link on any Affinity product, it opens a browser window and then throws up the error:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://www.canva.com/api/oauth/authorize?code_challenge=mDhYeGa9U0UDn-qTamRrrfQw7wroCvc8Ifk5wWbBmdA&code_challenge_method=S256&scope=profile%3Aread&response_type=code&state=%7B"scheme"%3A"affinity-designer2-auth"%2C"exchangeId"%3A"015e483b-ce35-4ed0-bec8-1e1641269c69"%7D&client_id=OCFLPKQ4uNL&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Faffinity.api.serifservices.com%2Fcanva%2Fauthorize-redirect might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I have a verified non-profit account. It used to work just fine.

If you're still having issues with the Canva Edu/NFP login process could you email us directly at affinitysupport@serif.com? We can then look into this and assist further.

I've just fixed mine.

I was not able to clear my cache (for work reasons). So I temporarily changed my default browser (Chrome to FF), tried the link again and it worked!
