RBeci Posted January 10 Posted January 10 The Section Manager doesn't work well, if I insert a new page before a section, it doesn't update (shift) the page numbering to ensure the section start page stays consistent. Quote
RBeci Posted January 10 Author Posted January 10 You can update the section's start-page, but it's a nightmare to update all of them manually. Also, you can't jump to the specific page from the section manager, which makes it almost unusable. Quote
RBeci Posted January 10 Author Posted January 10 It seems like a major bug. When deleting a page before the section, it properly updates the section's page-number, but when duplicating, it doesn't update it. 2025-01-10-11-20-03.mp4 Quote

You're likely adding "before" rather than "after". If the section starts on page 16, adding a page after page 15 will shift the start of the section to page 17. Adding a page before page 16 will not shift the start of the section. 5 hours ago, RBeci said: Also, you can't jump to the specific page from the section manager, which makes it almost unusable. This is a frequently-requested feature. 5 hours ago, RBeci said: It seems like a major bug. I agree with you that duplicating the last page in a section should increase the starting page number of the section by one. Unfortunately, it works like adding a page before a section, see above.
