Affinity publisher stuck on loading document.

Aftwer my document won't open, I now have this error message "The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 0)." I have attached this message. The file I try to open won't even get to Publisher. 

 

Can anyone help me by trying to open it?

Where is the file stored? In a folder synced to the cloud, on a network drive, on an external drive, or in a folder on your internal drive that is not synced to the cloud.

I think this error is related to problems with opening the file from its location so if it's anywhere other than an internal drive that is not synced to the cloud, move it to a folder on your internal drive. From your older posts it looks like you're using a Mac so note that the Desktop and Documents folders are synced to iCloud by default - try moving the file to a folder in your user directory and then opening it from there. If the file has linked resources, rename the folder containing the resources so they can't be loaded because the problem might lie with opening them.
