Steps to Reproduce

Add a Pixel Layer in either Publisher or Designer
Unlock and select the pixel layer in the Layers panel
Select and apply Transparency to the pixel layer
- No transparency is applied as transparency can't be applied to pixel layers
Select and apply a Gradient to the pixel layer
Undo twice
Both the Retail and Beta versions of Publisher and Designer crash on Mac and Windows
