Global lists from master start at 2

This is very easy to work around so it's trivial, but I don't think it should work this way.

1. Create a normal facing-page document that starts on the right side.
2. Create unlinked frames on a master with headings that use a global list. They will be numbered 1 and 2.
3. Go to page 1 - the heading will start with #2 because it's based on the right-side master frame and on the master, it's numbered 2. But I think the numbering on the master pages should be irrelevant, the first paragraph in the list is on page 1.

I checked the 2.6.0 beta and it works the same way in it, too.

I would agree that the expectation is the global list starts on 1. since it's the first paragraph included in the list and is on page 1, I've logged this with the developers.
