The Hand tool works incorrectly when using a drawing tablet (Huion Inspiroy 2M)

When using a drawing tablet and moving an image across the workspace with the hand tool, the image abruptly shifts upon release. Demonstration:

 

This issue doesn't happen when using a mouse though.

Hi Brumby,

I have just tried replicating this here using a Huion we have in-house and unfortunately I'm not having much luck. If possible could you try reinstalling your tablet drivers just to see if the issue still occurs?
