I'm looking for a measure of similarity (or whatever I can obtain at best) in program assets, etc. between the two operating systems and the Affinity Products.

1. Is it possible?

2. If so, I'm assuming (we all know how that turns out) I would transfer the .propcol files from Win/.../.affinity/Common/2.0/user to Mac/.../6LVTQB9699.com/seriflabs/v2/user.

3. I will save the original MAC .propcol files in a folder of their own in case it all goes sideways.

Does anyone have any suggestions? In any case, I'll let you know how it worked out - or didn't.

I used this thread for reference:

Where are the Affinity V2 apps resources and preference files located?

+++++

So far:

V2 Photo Assets, Styles, Library, Macro, Swatches, Brushes, and Adjustments (I have modifications to the standard with all of them) have come across to the Mac M3 from Windows. Not all Assets came across, but that's no big deal. I've saved every asset I have found in an Affinity Software and Fonts directory. Ditto for many of the other items I have crossed paths with in this forum. I'll easily add those I might need at a later date.

Ditto for v2 Publisher. Everything that could come across from Windows v2, came across to the Mac with the .propcol files.

I'm very happy. Of course, YMMV, as they say. Your mileage may vary.

MacBook M3 Pro 18/512 - Now my daily driver.

2xDell laptops on Win 11 frozen at 23H2 - With 2 & 4 hours of battery life, they're already dead to me.
