How to print all shortcuts or save them in txt, doc pdf etc to read and edit?

How to open file .afshort for editing?

There is no function to print the complete list of shortcuts. 

You cannot open .afshort files for editing, except by reverse-engineering the file format and creating an editor that understands it.
