I follow the steps on the video. I’m at 1:18

I isolate the dress of the girl in the photo. 

I select mask in the output part on the context bar while applying. 

 

Then add HSL Adjustment.

 

In HSL Adjustment sliders I choose the red color 

And select red color in the hue slider.

 

However the dress does not look like red. Look at my screenshot please.

 

Why? How can I fix It?

There is no red color in the source image, so a HSL adjustment will change nothing.

The source image seems yellow-ish.

so you may need to choose about 40 on the hue shift. This is relative  not absolute.

Here's a way to apply an exact colour (i.e. from a swatch) to the dress without using HSL. Hopefully all steps are doable on an iPad
