Close floated window crash

This is repeatable but perhaps a bit obscure, at least for me because I rarely use floating windows.

1. Start Publisher 2.5.7 or 2.6 beta
2. Create a doc and dirty it - I draw a rectangle
3. Create a new view - I haven't been able to duplicate the crash when there's only the main view
4. Tear off the view to float it
5. Click on the main app window and float that one via the menu command
6. Press Cmd+W to close the doc = crash

I crashed it 5 out of 6 attempts. The one time it didn't crash and prompted me to save the doc, I still got it to crash by cancelling, opening a panel, tearing it off, and closing it before pressing Cmd+W again which then crashed so there may be something specific to panel states but since I also crashed it in the beta with slightly different panels it can't be too specific.
