Trial extension or confirmation of functionality

We are seriously considering purchasing Affinity Designer 2 for our small family retail business for making price cards. However, I started the trial during the second busiest time of the year for us and did not have enough time to try using the software on multiple machines. I would like to request an extension to our trial or maybe someone can confirm the software would do the following function:

We would like to be able to save our price card document to our iCloud account and be able to work on cards at the checkout desk Mac mini as well as after hours on the portable MacBook machine. Can this be done on 2 different computers without sync issues using iCloud? Second scenario, can 2 people work on the same document at the same time? We experimented with this using the latest Apple pages, and it worked quite well, but also lead to a lot of spinning beachballs randomly, which caused us to find your much more stable design software.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can store documents in iCloud, but occasional sync issues are a reality (because of Apple in the first place). So better save a backup copy to be on the save side.

No. If a file is edited on one device, it must be saved and closed to allow another device to open and edit it.
