Woodpig Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Hi everyone, I'm using Affinity Photo on desktop (Mac OS Sonoma). I've been experiencing a problem for a while that involves dialogue boxes not showing on top of the main window in Affinity Photo (at least, I've noticed it most with Photo - it might also occur with other apps). I've been able to replicate the issue in the attached video with AP full screen, but this happens whether AP is full screen or not. Screen Recording 2024-12-20 at 10.31.40 AM.mov As you can see, the dialogue appears if I show all windows (using Mission Control). It could be a Mac issue, but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced it? Thanks, Gareth. Quote
MikeTO Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 I believe there are fewer issues like this in v2 than there were in v1. I don't know if this will fix it, but one thing you could try is to restart Affinity with Ctrl held down and then select Reset Document and Window States in the window that opens. Doing this will reset your studio panel setup, so before doing this, save your studio panels as a studio preset if you haven't done so already. Then you could choose your preset after the reset. Good luck. Woodpig Posted December 20, 2024 Author Posted December 20, 2024 Thank you, Mike. I'll try that! Quote
