Lenzflair
One of the things I really like in Page Plus is the resource folder where you can just drop elements that you use regularly into the resource folder then just drag it onto the workspace when you need it. I think something like that would be useful here particularly when you make your own complex shapes that you may want to re use frequently. Sunset
As a total CraftArtist fan, any version of the resource folder is good to me, even if it is minimised somewhere and is just a click to open. It's a darned sight better than having to put objects on the pasteboard whilst you rearrange a page. Staff MEB Posted July 17, 2014 Staff Share Posted July 17, 2014 Sunset, You can't put objects in the pasteboard in Affinity Designer. I mean you can but Affinity doesn't display them. I´m not sure if this is a bug or if it's by design (probably a bug). Sunset
I hadn't actually tried putting objects on the pasteboard in affinity, hadn't had the need to do so, but I've had to do it with other graphics programs in the past, including Serif, and it's much easier if they can be placed in a resource folder of some variety and dragged back onto the working area as required.
