You have a Mitre setting of 22.926 on some objects which is causing the issue.

The normal Mitre setting is 1.5.

Unless you changed it for a specific reason, I would change it back

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Well, I just checked, and I never changed the Mitre, actually I never used. 

 

And according to my screen is 1,5

You need to select a layer to see its stroke values.

Select the large rectangle with the Move Tool then check the Mitre value
