hineni.selaheni Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Hello, My DESIGNER 2 app is saying I don’t have a valid license, while I clearly (?) believe I do. I’ve attached a screen shot. I’m on a deadline and need access to my app ASAP. - Nothing has changed in my setup in the last year+. - I have not added another device to my account. - PUBLISHER 2 and PHOTO 2 both still work (currently) Any help appreciated. Where did you download and/or purchase the applications from, the Affinity Store or the Mac App Store? Have you changed email addresses lately, or changed your Apple ID? Are you signed onto macOS using the same Apple ID as you have always used, and are you signed into the right macOS account? Did you purchase individual macOS application licenses for Photo, Publisher, and Designer 2, or the Universal License? Have you tried clicking on "go to my account" (which should be your Affinity Store anccount) and seeing what it thinks? When was the last time Designer 2 worked for you? If answers to these questions don't give us enough to help you, I would suggest contacting Serif directly via email to affinity@serif.com. My license is an "Affinity V2 Universal License". My AFFINITY account confirms I have an "Affinity V2 Universal License". Designer worked about a week ago. The Publisher and Photo both still work.
