I am a board game designer. I have a Designer document that has a separate artboard for each of the icons I'm using in my game. This works great when embedding a single icon into another document (like a Publisher document that is my Rulebook doc). I love that I can have all my icons in a single document, and don't even need to export them as their own individual icon files.

I would love to have a way to use that same functionality in a Publisher data merge. Like, the image field in my spreadsheet would be filename.afdesign > artboardname or something like that, so that I can target a specific artboard within a Designer document.

That would allow me to maintain and link to ONLY that one Designer document, without having to export individual files.

Thanks,

-Mike
