After the 2.5.7 update, I experience the snapping is not working. The other problem is lagging when using freehanding (using brush tool, eraser tool, etc.) in the pixel persona. I hope these problem will get fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks

What snapping settings are currently enabled? Could you possibly expand a bit more on this issue and provide a sample file and/or screen recording?

If you wouldn't mind answering/trying the below this may help narrow down a cause:

  • Is this file specific or do you also experience this issue in a new document?
  • Are you using a Tablet pen or just mouse input?
  • Select a basic 'Round' brush from the 'Basic' category in the brushes panel and try again.
  • Disable Hardware Acceleration under Edit -> Settings -> Performance, restart the app and then try again.

If the issue persists, a screen recording would be helpful.

Many thanks!

It would also be useful to know more about your document structure, specifically about the pixel layer you're working in. For example, if it is within a Group, and you're using Artboards, there is a known issue AF-489 which you might be experiencing.
