Hello,

In the brushes sub-window I no longer have any brushes, only a white space, as well as in Designer Pixel Persona !

I am on Windows 11 24H2 and Affinity Pohoto 2.5.6.

Tnanks for an idea

That may indicate that the internal files that hold the brushes have become corrupted. It would be nice to see a screenshot of the Brushes panel, but if it's the problem I think it is then you will need to Reset the application and reinstall any brushes that did not come built-in or from the Affinity Store via the Account dialog. To Reset it, with no Affinity applications running, press/hold the Ctrl key and start one of them. You'll get a Clear User Data dialog. Uncheck the options that are currently checked, and check Reset Brushes. Then press Clear. (Note: On Windows, you may need to watch the Windows Taskbar and click the application icon when it appears, before you get the dialog. On macOS, this works best from the application Launchpad. From the Dock, you need to press Ctrl quickly after clicking on the application.)

As  I have mentioned several times in other topics about this, on Macs there is no need to press quickly if the app is in the Dock. You can just click & hold on the Dock icon to pop up the menu. When the app is not running it has an Open option so you can then click on that with CTRL held down to open to the reset window.

Thanks for your answers!
Is this manipulation different than resetting the brushes in the Affinity Photo settings?

You're welcome.

And yes, it is different. I have no idea why, but the Reset from the application Settings does not fix this problem in my experience.
