Wish I could "manage" the States Panel like the Layers Panel

I would like to be able to arrange, and especially rename, the query states in the States Panel.

Double click to rename like the Layers panel makes sense, or maybe right-click menu with rename, delete, etc.

Also think there should be a confirmation on delete, so one doesn't accidentally delete some complex work. Since, unlike the Layers panel, there seems to be no "undo" for State removal.
