Just to be sure you know, though you may use the same email address for the Affinity Store, and for these forums, they use separate authentication mechanisms and authentication databases, and therefore the passwords are maintained separately. Sometimes users have tried using the password associated with their forum account, which won't work to sign-in to the application. And sometimes this happens accidentally because the user is using a password manager that gets confused by which password it should enter. If that doesn't explain your issue, it may be best to email affinity@serif.com and provide the email address you're using, so they can check further.
