It's difficult to tell without seeing the master page but I would start by re-applying the master to the spread because you might have two right master pages applied.

It would be better if you shared screenshots rather than photos of the screen. Here's how to do it:

I think the issue is it's too hard to understand the issue from the screenshots you've shared. There are two screenshots of page 1 and two of spreads 4-5 but none of the master page. The Layers panel is hidden so we can't see the layers to tell if which are coming from the master page or the document page. Without seeing the document or at least the Layers panel we can't tell whether the master is applied to the entire spread or to each side of the master separately.

I suggested re-applying the master to the spread because you might have two right master pages applied - did you try that?
