Add ToolBar snaps to Rulers in Affinity Photo 2

Please give the ability of the Toolbar in Affinity Photo 2 to snap to the workspace ruler. I change tools often, so i want my tools snapped close to where I work. I do not want them floating. If i adjust my workspace, i want them moving with the entire studio.
