Converting a two-page layout into single-page layout or single-page export

Affinity Publisher 2.5:

I am currently working on a brochure-style layout for our choir with texts for the next convert. 

The overall format is A5 in portrait mode. So I prepared the following layout with two pages (left and right).

Now, the prepress provider requires a PDF with single pages rather than two-sided pages. Is there a fee to export such a document or convert it into a project with single pages?

If your document is an A5 with facing pages, then try to export with All Pages set in the Area: drop-down. The PDF should have single pages.

From the example pages shown you shouldn't have any problem doing like @bbrother said but it's better to be aware that, if there are some elements extending on both pages of a spread, exporting as single pages will show them only on one page. In this case, you'll have to duplicate it manually on both pages.

This is unlikely to happen with exports. Just imagine the impact on page imposition software. Can you show/upload an example?

Are you perhaps confusing your hint with the result of a facing-page document that has been converted to a single-page document in the document settings? In this case, an object placed across a double page spread can land only on the left or only on the right page.
