Hi

Interesting issue.
When using "select same color" it does not select all of the same colors, even though colors are same in number value.
In this example the value is 0 0 0 80. But one of the K 80 slider value is apparently slightly adjusted, but still maintain 80 in value.
And so Affinity will not recognize this as "same color" even though it is 80.

Also looks like when using "select same color", apparently the symbols / grouped objects containing the same color, are all selected as symbols / grouped objects containing different colors, not just the specific color within it.

Aware of workarounds. Still hope for a fix nearest future.
Thank you.

@DarnerThank you for the report.

Do you have a sample file where 0,0,0,80 has been used but using Select same colour doesn't select 'All' objects?

Try this test file just created for you with two simple squares.
Both 0 0 0 20, but "select same color" does not apply, at least not here, as it is slightly different 0 0 0 20 value apparently, which should not cause issue when selecting same color.

But feel free to create files yourself and test further using color sliders.
Thank you.

When I check the fill colours with RGB or Greyscale instead of CMYK I see different values.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Both squares are set to 0 0 0 20 based on "sliding". But you confirm the issue here Bruce.
Which is if you slide color value to 0 0 0 20, it will often still show different value.
Of course workaround could perhaps be typing in specific number value in the field next to the sliders, but still...

This was mostly addressed to Affinity so hopefully the can fix.
Thanks
